A single white wardrobe is a wardrobe that only has one door. It is traditionally a much narrower wardrobe than a full wardrobe. You may expect it to be half the width, but it could be as large as two thirds, or even to three quarters of the width of a full wardrobe.
A single white wardrobe will have all of the features of a full wardrobe. It will have a rod to hang your clothes off of. It will have a door that swings open by a hinge. It will have two to four drawers below the main cabinet. It will have a service on the top that you can place a basket for extra storage.
It is appropriate for young children who go through their wardrobe quickly and that you may not want to buy them a ton of close for all at once since they are growing so fast. It is also appropriate for a person who does not have a lot of space in their bedroom. It is appropriate in an apartment dwellers where the stairs are not wide enough for you to bring up a full wardrobe.
Another option for buying a single white wardrobe is to buy several of them. They can be placed in a different corners around the room or you can line them all up against one wall. The doors will all open in the same direction. This can make and neat effect in a larger room and be space saving in a small room.
If you are hoping to get a single white wardrobe, you will find the options are much more limited than a full wardrobe. They are becoming less and less popular as the wardrobes of Americans are ever increasing. One may end up buying an unfinished single wardrobe and paint it white or having it painted white in order to get the single white wardrobe they are looking for.
